With our busy lifestyles and high pressure timelines we can easily forget to nurture and rekindle the most important relationship in our lives .. ourselves!

Constant research continues to show the importance of a healthy self-image to live a joyful and abundant life regardless of our vocation (including motherhood).

However with the numerous factors constantly changing, such as fashion, careers, lifestyle, body shape, weight, maturity, finances and our own perceptions of what is acceptable or not we can easily be left second guessing and wasting thousands of dollars on 'hanger ons' that we do not like or wear and, most importantly that don't resonate with who we truly are!

One of the most amazing things I have discovered from an early age is the power of honouring who we are. Nature has invested far too much in our uniqueness to not celebrate it! And, let's not forget that clothing is an extension of our personalities and can reflect our true potential.

Clothing is the closest thing to our environment; it dresses our soul. We spend more time and money decorating our homes; however only the people whom we like gets to see it but the whole world gets to see us!

Our clients experience the calmness and ease of having all the elements of clothing and style doing all the work for them, instead of forcing themselves to work with them.

When we are in sync with all the elements of style we teach it no longer matters if we may not have the perfect hips or thighs or whether we are not society's 'picture perfect' as our focus is on celebrating 'our' uniqueness and express it with total confidence.

We do not make any promises however don't be surprised if amazing events start to occur once you are overflowing with a confident self-image.

Isn't it interesting that we tend to live our lives as if the life we want is coming?

Life is not a dress rehearsal. This is it!
